| Barbara Astill | I bought a full set of bedding (sheets and duvets) for my yacht - a V berth and an aft cabin. I spoke to the staff to get some guidance on sizing which was very helpful. Unfortunately the duvet for the aft cabin was the wrong size when it arrived (had been marked incorrectly on the packaging and so wasn't evident until I unpacked it.) However, the staff were great - a collection was arranged and the right size duvet was provided shortly afterwards. The only criticism I have is that the quality of the "stuff bags" (the webbing straps in particular) isn't great and could do with being improved. |

We dealt mainly with Amy and we had problems re commitment and decisions from our members and delivery with TNT. Throughout all, she was extremely helpful, patient, efficient and professional. Everyone was a delight to deal with and nothing too much trouble. All calls returned, follow ups when promised, need I go on. Price becomes slightly irrelevent within reason, but if the quality of the bedding/mattresses meet the quality of the service we'll be ecstatic. Brilliant. Thank you |
