As a business, we are committed to continuing to offer excellent service as best as we can without compromising personal well-being, and as such have put necessary measures in place to protect our community. We acted in advance of any government proposals by introducing a considered resilience plan and special measures across our operations to ensure you experience the same great customer service throughout this pandemic.

We will continue to operate, with staff working from home as and when needed, to ensure all orders are completed and dispatched as quickly as possible. As the situation develops there may be slight delays in production and/or shipping times, but we will keep all customers updated and informed as the situation changes.
